何不現在？
讀經 : 約翰福音 13 :  33~38   John  13 :  33~38  13:33 小子們，我還有不多的時候與你們同在；後來你們要找我，但我所去的地方你們不能到。這話我曾對猶太人說過，如今也照樣對你們說。
Little children, yet a little while I am with you. Ye shall seek me: and as I said unto the Jews, Whither I go, ye cannot come; so now I say to you.
13:34 我賜給你們一條新命令，乃是叫你們彼此相愛；我怎樣愛你們，你們也要怎樣相愛。
A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.
13:35 你們若有彼此相愛的心，眾人因此就認出你們是我的門徒了。
By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.
13:36 西門彼得問耶穌說：主往那裡去？耶穌回答說：我所去的地方，你現在不能跟我去，後來卻要跟我去。
Simon Peter said unto him, Lord, whither goest thou? Jesus answered him, Whither I go, thou canst not follow me now; but thou shalt follow me afterwards.
13:37 彼得說：主啊，我為甚麼現在不能跟你去？我願意為你捨命！
Peter said unto him, Lord, why cannot I follow thee now? I will lay down my life for thy sake.
13:38 耶穌說：你願意為我捨命嗎？我實實在在的告訴你，雞叫以先，你要三次不認我。
Jesus answered him, Wilt thou lay down thy life for my sake? Verily, verily, I say unto thee, The cock shall not crow, till thou hast denied me thrice.

13:36 大衛在世的時候遵行了神的旨意，就睡了（或作：大衛按神的旨意服事了他那一世的人，就睡了），歸到他祖宗那裡，已見朽壞；
For David, after he had served his own generation by the will of God, fell on sleep, and was laid unto his fathers, and saw corruption: after...: or, after he had in his own age served the will of God

8:18 耶穌見許多人圍著他，就吩咐渡到那邊去。
Now when Jesus saw great multitudes about him, he gave commandment to depart unto the other side.
8:19 有一個文士來，對他說：「夫子，你無論往那裡去，我要跟從你。」
And a certain scribe came, and said unto him, Master, I will follow thee whithersoever thou goest.
8:20 耶穌說：「狐狸有洞，天空的飛鳥有窩，人子卻沒有枕頭的地方。」
And Jesus saith unto him, The foxes have holes, and the birds of the air have nests; but the Son of man hath not where to lay his head.
8:21 又有一個門徒對耶穌說：「主啊，容我先回去埋葬我的父親。」
And another of his disciples said unto him, Lord, suffer me first to go and bury my father.
8:22 耶穌說：「任憑死人埋葬他們的死人；你跟從我吧！」
But Jesus said unto him, Follow me; and let the dead bury their dead.
8:23 耶穌上了船，門徒跟著他。
And when he was entered into a ship, his disciples followed him.
8:24 海裡忽然起了暴風，甚至船被波浪掩蓋；耶穌卻睡著了。
And, behold, there arose a great tempest in the sea, insomuch that the ship was covered with the waves: but he was asleep.
8:25 門徒來叫醒了他，說：「主啊，救我們，我們喪命啦！」
And his disciples came to him , and awoke him, saying, Lord, save us: we perish.8:26 耶穌說：「你們這小信的人哪，為甚麼膽怯呢？」於是起來，斥責風和海，風和海就大大地平靜了。
And he saith unto them, Why are ye fearful, O ye of little faith? Then he arose, and rebuked the winds and the sea; and there was a great calm.
8:27 眾人希奇，說：「這是怎樣的人？連風和海也聽從他了！」
But the men marvelled, saying, What manner of man is this, that even the winds and the sea obey him!
8:28 耶穌既渡到那邊去，來到加大拉人的地方，就有兩個被鬼附的人從墳塋裡出來迎著他，極其兇猛，甚至沒有人能從那條路上經過。
And when he was come to the other side into the country of the Gergesenes, there met him two possessed with devils, coming out of the tombs, exceeding fierce, so that no man might pass by that way.
8:29 他們喊著說：「神的兒子，我們與你有甚麼相干？時候還沒有到，你就上這裡來叫我們受苦麼？」
And, behold, they cried out, saying, What have we to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of God? art thou come hither to torment us before the time?
8:30 離他們很遠，有一大群豬吃食。
And there was a good way off from them an herd of many swine feeding.
8:31 鬼就央求耶穌，說：「若把我們趕出去，就打發我們進入豬群吧！」
So the devils besought him, saying, If thou cast us out, suffer us to go away into the herd of swine.
8:32 耶穌說：「去吧！」鬼就出來，進入豬群。全群忽然闖下山崖，投在海裡淹死了。
And he said unto them, Go. And when they were come out, they went into the herd of swine: and, behold, the whole herd of swine ran violently down a steep place into the sea, and perished in the waters.
8:33 放豬的就逃跑進城，將這一切事和被鬼附的人所遭遇的都告訴人。
And they that kept them fled, and went their ways into the city, and told every thing, and what was befallen to the possessed of the devils.
8:34 合城的人都出來迎見耶穌，既見了就央求他離開他們的境界。
And, behold, the whole city came out to meet Jesus: and when they saw him, they besought him that he would depart out of their coasts.
    
我有位好朋友在南美洲的蘇利南共和國擔任宣教士多年，但在生命的最後幾年，他因患病而癱瘓。有時，他不知道上帝為何要讓他在世逗留，因他真的渴望離世與主同在。
     
或許你和親人正面臨人生困境，你不知道上帝為何要讓你們在世上徘徊。當主耶穌說祂要上天堂時，
約翰福音 13 : 37    John  13 : 37
13:37 彼得說：主啊，我為甚麼現在不能跟你去？我願意為你捨命！
Peter said unto him, Lord, why cannot I follow thee now? I will lay down my life for thy sake.
就像使徒彼得一樣，你可能會問，為何進入天堂的時間要被延遲，「為什麼不是現在呢？」
      上帝把我們留在世上，是有祂智慧和愛的目的。祂要在我們身上動工，這些只能在地上才能完成。
哥林多後書  4: 17    1  Corinthians  4 : 17
4:17 我們這至暫至輕的苦楚，要為我們成就極重無比、永遠的榮耀。
For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory;

此外，在世上我們也要為別人作工，就是要愛和祈禱。我們的存在也可以給別人一個機會，讓他們學習愛和憐憫。
      
所以，雖然你渴望自己或親人能得到解脫，然而在肉身繼續活著時，也可以為主多結果子
腓立比書  1 : 21  Ephilippians  1 : 21
1:21 因我活著就是基督，我死了就有益處。
For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain.
同時，我們在等待中也有安慰：因為知道回天家的時間雖然延遲了，但毋庸置疑，上帝有祂自己的理由！DHR
我的心啊，不要太急躁，
要信靠主，要耐心等待；
表面看來，祂似乎拖延；
