10:12 以色列啊，現在耶和華─你神向你所要的是甚麼呢？只要你敬畏耶和華─你的神，遵行他的道，愛他，盡心盡性事奉他，
And now, Israel, what doth the LORD thy God require of thee, but to fear the LORD thy God, to walk in all his ways, and to love him, and to serve the LORD thy God with all thy heart and with all thy soul,
10:13 遵守他的誡命律例，就是我今日所吩咐你的，為要叫你得福。
To keep the commandments of the LORD, and his statutes, which I command thee this day for thy good?
10:14 看哪，天和天上的天，地和地上所有的，都屬耶和華─你的神。
Behold, the heaven and the heaven of heavens is the LORD'S thy God, the earth also , with all that therein is .10:15 耶和華但喜悅你的列祖，愛他們，從萬民中揀選他們的後裔，就是你們，像今日一樣。
Only the LORD had a delight in thy fathers to love them, and he chose their seed after them, even you above all people, as it is this day.
10:16 所以你們要將心裡的污穢除掉，不可再硬著頸項。
Circumcise therefore the foreskin of your heart, and be no more stiffnecked.
10:17 因為耶和華─你們的神─他是萬神之神，萬主之主，至大的神，大有能力，大而可畏，不以貌取人，也不受賄賂。
For the LORD your God is God of gods, and Lord of lords, a great God, a mighty, and a terrible, which regardeth not persons, nor taketh reward:
「現在耶和華你上帝向你所要的是甚麼呢？只要你敬畏耶和華你的上帝……愛他。」

13:31 他又設個比喻對他們說：「天國好像一粒芥菜種，有人拿去種在田裡。
Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is like to a grain of mustard seed, which a man took, and sowed in his field:
13:32 這原是百種裡最小的，等到長起來，卻比各樣的菜都大，且成了樹，天上的飛鳥來宿在它的枝上。」
Which indeed is the least of all seeds: but when it is grown, it is the greatest among herbs, and becometh a tree, so that the birds of the air come and lodge in the branches thereof.
13:33 他又對他們講個比喻說：「天國好像麵酵，有婦人拿來，藏在三斗麵裡，直等全團都發起來。」
Another parable spake he unto them; The kingdom of heaven is like unto leaven, which a woman took, and hid in three measures of meal, till the whole was leavened. measures: the word in the Greek is a measure containing about a peck and a half, wanting a little more than a pint
13:34 這都是耶穌用比喻對眾人說的話；若不用比喻，就不對他們說甚麼。
All these things spake Jesus unto the multitude in parables; and without a parable spake he not unto them:
13:35 這是要應驗先知的話，說：我要開口用比喻，把創世以來所隱藏的事發明出來。
That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, saying, I will open my mouth in parables; I will utter things which have been kept secret from the foundation of the world.13:36 當下，耶穌離開眾人，進了房子。他的門徒進前來，說：「請把田間稗子的比喻講給我們聽。」
Then Jesus sent the multitude away, and went into the house: and his disciples came unto him, saying, Declare unto us the parable of the tares of the field.
13:37 他回答說：「那撒好種的就是人子；
He answered and said unto them, He that soweth the good seed is the Son of man;
13:38 田地就是世界；好種就是天國之子；稗子就是那惡者之子；
The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one ;
13:39 撒稗子的仇敵就是魔鬼；收割的時候就是世界的末了；收割的人就是天使。
The enemy that sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels.
13:40 將稗子薅出來用火焚燒，世界的末了也要如此。
As therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire; so shall it be in the end of this world.13:41 人子要差遣使者，把一切叫人跌倒的和作惡的，從他國裡挑出來，
The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity; things...: or, scandals
13:42 丟在火爐裡；在那裡必要哀哭切齒了。
And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.
13:43 那時，義人在他們父的國裡，要發出光來，像太陽一樣。有耳可聽的，就應當聽！」
Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.
13:44 「天國好像寶貝藏在地裡，人遇見了就把它藏起來，歡歡喜喜的去變賣一切所有的，買這塊地。
Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto treasure hid in a field; the which when a man hath found, he hideth, and for joy thereof goeth and selleth all that he hath, and buyeth that field.
13:45 天國又好像買賣人尋找好珠子，
Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto a merchant man, seeking goodly pearls:13:46 遇見一顆重價的珠子，就去變賣他一切所有的，買了這顆珠子。
Who, when he had found one pearl of great price, went and sold all that he had, and bought it.
13:47 天國又好像網撒在海裡，聚攏各樣水族，
Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto a net, that was cast into the sea, and gathered of every kind:
13:48 網既滿了，人就拉上岸來，坐下，揀好的收在器具裡，將不好的丟棄了。
Which, when it was full, they drew to shore, and sat down, and gathered the good into vessels, but cast the bad away.
13:49 世界的末了也要這樣。天使要出來，從義人中把惡人分別出來，
So shall it be at the end of the world: the angels shall come forth, and sever the wicked from among the just,
13:50 丟在火爐裡；在那裡必要哀哭切齒了。」
And shall cast them into the furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.13:51 耶穌說：「這一切的話你們都明白了嗎？」他們說：「我們明白了。」
Jesus saith unto them, Have ye understood all these things? They say unto him, Yea, Lord.
13:52 他說：「凡文士受教作天國的門徒，就像一個家主從他庫裡拿出新舊的東西來。」
Then said he unto them, Therefore every scribe which is instructed unto the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is an householder, which bringeth forth out of his treasure things new and old.
13:53 耶穌說完了這些比喻，就離開那裡，
And it came to pass, that when Jesus had finished these parables, he departed thence.
13:54 來到自己的家鄉，在會堂裡教訓人，甚至他們都希奇，說：「這人從那裡有這等智慧和異能呢？
And when he was come into his own country, he taught them in their synagogue, insomuch that they were astonished, and said, Whence hath this man this wisdom, and these mighty works?
13:55 這不是木匠的兒子嗎？他母親不是叫馬利亞嗎？他弟兄們不是叫雅各、約西（有古卷：約瑟）、西門、猶大嗎？
Is not this the carpenter's son? is not his mother called Mary? and his brethren, James, and Joses, and Simon, and Judas?13:56 他妹妹們不是都在我們這裡嗎？這人從那裡有這一切的事呢？」
And his sisters, are they not all with us? Whence then hath this man all these things?
13:57 他們就厭棄他（厭棄他：原文是因他跌倒）。耶穌對他們說：「大凡先知，除了本地本家之外，沒有不被人尊敬的。」
And they were offended in him. But Jesus said unto them, A prophet is not without honour, save in his own country, and in his own house.
13:58 耶穌因為他們不信，就在那裡不多行異能了。
And he did not many mighty works there because of their unbelief.
有人與我分享她對兩個老闆的觀察。一個是部屬們愛戴卻不敬畏的老闆，他們雖愛這位老闆卻不尊重他的權柄，導致他們不服從他的指導。另一個老闆得到手下員工的敬畏與愛戴，員工們在工作中良好的表現也證明了這一點。 主也渴望祂的子民敬畏且愛祂。今天的讀經段落是申命記10章，提到遵守上帝的教導包含了這兩者。在12節當中，聖經告訴我們：要「敬畏耶和華你的上帝」並且要「愛他」。 「敬畏」耶和華上帝就是給予祂最崇高的敬意。對基督徒而言，並不是指上帝或祂的神性讓我們感到膽戰心驚，而是因為我們尊崇祂的屬性和權柄，從而跟隨祂和遵守祂的誡命。出於「愛」，我們盡心盡性地事奉祂，而非僅止出於責任或義務（12節）。
因祂愛我們，我們對祂自然有深刻的感恩，我們對上帝的愛也就從中流出，而不是出自於我們的好惡

We love him, because he first loved us.
我們對上帝的敬畏與愛，使我們能願意走在遵行祂法則的道路上。AL
主啊，祢是聖潔的，
祢的意念高過我的意念。
我要在祢面前俯伏敬拜。
感謝祢藉耶穌賜下救恩。我愛祢！我要盡心盡性盡意盡力地遵從祢。阿們。
若我們敬畏且愛上帝，我們就會遵從祂。
願上帝賜恩福與全家, 身心靈健壯, 凡事興盛.

2:1 我的弟兄們，你們信奉我們榮耀的主耶穌基督，便不可按著外貌待人。
My brethren, have not the faith of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Lord of glory, with respect of persons.
2:2 若有一個人帶著金戒指，穿著華美衣服，進你們的會堂去；又有一個窮人穿著骯髒衣服也進去；
For if there come unto your assembly a man with a gold ring, in goodly apparel, and there come in also a poor man in vile raiment; assembly: Gr. synagogue
2:3 你們就重看那穿華美衣服的人，說「請坐在這好位上」；又對那窮人說：「你站在那裡」，或「坐在我腳凳下邊。」
And ye have respect to him that weareth the gay clothing, and say unto him, Sit thou here in a good place; and say to the poor, Stand thou there, or sit here under my footstool: in...: or, well, or, seemly
2:4 這豈不是你們偏心待人，用惡意斷定人嗎？
Are ye not then partial in yourselves, and are become judges of evil thoughts?
2:5 我親愛的弟兄們，請聽， 神豈不是揀選了世上的貧窮人，叫他們在信上富足，並承受他所應許給那些愛他之人的國嗎？
Hearken, my beloved brethren, Hath not God chosen the poor of this world rich in faith, and heirs of the kingdom which he hath promised to them that love him? of the: or, of that2:6 你們反倒羞辱貧窮人。那富足人豈不是欺壓你們、拉你們到公堂去嗎？
But ye have despised the poor. Do not rich men oppress you, and draw you before the judgment seats?
2:7 他們不是褻瀆你們所敬奉（所敬奉：或作被稱）的尊名嗎？
Do not they blaspheme that worthy name by the which ye are called? blaspheme: or, revile, or, slander
2:8 經上記著說：「要愛人如己。」你們若全守這至尊的律法，才是好的。
If ye fulfil the royal law according to the scripture, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself, ye do well:
2:9 但你們若按外貌待人，便是犯罪，被律法定為犯法的。
But if ye have respect to persons, ye commit sin, and are convinced of the law as transgressors.
「你們若按外貌待人，便是犯罪。」

14:22 耶穌隨即催門徒上船，先渡到那邊去，等他叫眾人散開。
And straightway Jesus constrained his disciples to get into a ship, and to go before him unto the other side, while he sent the multitudes away.
14:23 散了眾人以後，他就獨自上山去禱告。到了晚上，只有他一人在那裡。
And when he had sent the multitudes away, he went up into a mountain apart to pray: and when the evening was come, he was there alone.
14:24 那時船在海中，因風不順，被浪搖撼。
But the ship was now in the midst of the sea, tossed with waves: for the wind was contrary.
14:25 夜裡四更天，耶穌在海面上走，往門徒那裡去。
And in the fourth watch of the night Jesus went unto them, walking on the sea.
14:26 門徒看見他在海面上走，就驚慌了，說：「是個鬼怪！」便害怕，喊叫起來。
And when the disciples saw him walking on the sea, they were troubled, saying, It is a spirit; and they cried out for fear.14:27 耶穌連忙對他們說：「你們放心！是我，不要怕！」
But straightway Jesus spake unto them, saying, Be of good cheer; it is I; be not afraid.
14:28 彼得說：「主，如果是你，請叫我從水面上走到你那裡去。」
And Peter answered him and said, Lord, if it be thou, bid me come unto thee on the water.
14:29 耶穌說：「你來吧。」彼得就從船上下去，在水面上走，要到耶穌那裡去；
And he said, Come. And when Peter was come down out of the ship, he walked on the water, to go to Jesus.
14:30 只因見風甚大，就害怕，將要沉下去，便喊著說：「主啊，救我！」
But when he saw the wind boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink, he cried, saying, Lord, save me. boisterous: or, strong
14:31 耶穌趕緊伸手拉住他，說：「你這小信的人哪，為甚麼疑惑呢？」
And immediately Jesus stretched forth his hand, and caught him, and said unto him, O thou of little faith, wherefore didst thou doubt?14:32 他們上了船，風就住了。
And when they were come into the ship, the wind ceased.
14:33 在船上的人都拜他，說：「你真是 神的兒子了。」
Then they that were in the ship came and worshipped him, saying, Of a truth thou art the Son of God.
14:34 他們過了海，來到革尼撒勒地方。
And when they were gone over, they came into the land of Gennesaret.
14:35 那裡的人一認出是耶穌，就打發人到周圍地方去，把所有的病人帶到他那裡，
And when the men of that place had knowledge of him, they sent out into all that country round about, and brought unto him all that were diseased;
14:36 只求耶穌准他們摸他的衣裳繸子；摸著的人就都好了。
And besought him that they might only touch the hem of his garment: and as many as touched were made perfectly whole.
他的臉很髒，頭髮又長又邋遢，啤酒漬沾在他的衣服上，酒氣薰天。他出現在教會的時候，星期天來聚會的人都假裝沒看見。令他們驚訝的是，這個男人竟然走上講台，拿掉假髮開始講道。他們這才認出來，原來這人是他們的牧師。
我不知道你是怎樣對待人的，但是我總是對相識的人表達善意，願意和看起來很體面的人握手言歡。
雅各對我這種人提出了嚴重的警告，他說：「你們若按外貌待人，便是犯罪」（2章9節）。在上帝的家中，按照外表或經濟地位而偏袒人是不允許的。事實上，偏心待人就是「用惡意斷定人」（4節）。
值得慶幸的是，不論我們的鄰舍是誰，我們都能依循愛鄰舍如同愛自己的法則，來對抗偏待人的心態。向無家可歸的男人、飢餓的女人或是心碎的青少年伸出援手，表示我們「全守這至尊的律法」（8節）。
就算這個世界對弱者拒之千里之外，讓我們以基督的愛，擁抱那些最需關愛的人群。JBS求主赦免我偏見，

2:1 我的弟兄們，你們信奉我們榮耀的主耶穌基督，便不可按著外貌待人。
My brethren, have not the faith of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Lord of glory, with respect of persons.
2:2 若有一個人帶著金戒指，穿著華美衣服，進你們的會堂去；又有一個窮人穿著骯髒衣服也進去；
For if there come unto your assembly a man with a gold ring, in goodly apparel, and there come in also a poor man in vile raiment; assembly: Gr. synagogue
2:3 你們就重看那穿華美衣服的人，說「請坐在這好位上」；又對那窮人說：「你站在那裡」，或「坐在我腳凳下邊。」
And ye have respect to him that weareth the gay clothing, and say unto him, Sit thou here in a good place; and say to the poor, Stand thou there, or sit here under my footstool: in...: or, well, or, seemly
2:4 這豈不是你們偏心待人，用惡意斷定人嗎？
Are ye not then partial in yourselves, and are become judges of evil thoughts?
2:5 我親愛的弟兄們，請聽， 神豈不是揀選了世上的貧窮人，叫他們在信上富足，並承受他所應許給那些愛他之人的國嗎？
Hearken, my beloved brethren, Hath not God chosen the poor of this world rich in faith, and heirs of the kingdom which he hath promised to them that love him? of the: or, of that2:6 你們反倒羞辱貧窮人。那富足人豈不是欺壓你們、拉你們到公堂去嗎？
But ye have despised the poor. Do not rich men oppress you, and draw you before the judgment seats?
2:7 他們不是褻瀆你們所敬奉（所敬奉：或作被稱）的尊名嗎？
Do not they blaspheme that worthy name by the which ye are called? blaspheme: or, revile, or, slander
2:8 經上記著說：「要愛人如己。」你們若全守這至尊的律法，才是好的。
If ye fulfil the royal law according to the scripture, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself, ye do well:
2:9 但你們若按外貌待人，便是犯罪，被律法定為犯法的。
But if ye have respect to persons, ye commit sin, and are convinced of the law as transgressors.

14:22 耶穌隨即催門徒上船，先渡到那邊去，等他叫眾人散開。
And straightway Jesus constrained his disciples to get into a ship, and to go before him unto the other side, while he sent the multitudes away.
14:23 散了眾人以後，他就獨自上山去禱告。到了晚上，只有他一人在那裡。
And when he had sent the multitudes away, he went up into a mountain apart to pray: and when the evening was come, he was there alone.
14:24 那時船在海中，因風不順，被浪搖撼。
But the ship was now in the midst of the sea, tossed with waves: for the wind was contrary.
14:25 夜裡四更天，耶穌在海面上走，往門徒那裡去。
And in the fourth watch of the night Jesus went unto them, walking on the sea.
14:26 門徒看見他在海面上走，就驚慌了，說：「是個鬼怪！」便害怕，喊叫起來。
And when the disciples saw him walking on the sea, they were troubled, saying, It is a spirit; and they cried out for fear.14:27 耶穌連忙對他們說：「你們放心！是我，不要怕！」
But straightway Jesus spake unto them, saying, Be of good cheer; it is I; be not afraid.
14:28 彼得說：「主，如果是你，請叫我從水面上走到你那裡去。」
And Peter answered him and said, Lord, if it be thou, bid me come unto thee on the water.
14:29 耶穌說：「你來吧。」彼得就從船上下去，在水面上走，要到耶穌那裡去；
And he said, Come. And when Peter was come down out of the ship, he walked on the water, to go to Jesus.
14:30 只因見風甚大，就害怕，將要沉下去，便喊著說：「主啊，救我！」
But when he saw the wind boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink, he cried, saying, Lord, save me. boisterous: or, strong
14:31 耶穌趕緊伸手拉住他，說：「你這小信的人哪，為甚麼疑惑呢？」
And immediately Jesus stretched forth his hand, and caught him, and said unto him, O thou of little faith, wherefore didst thou doubt?14:32 他們上了船，風就住了。
And when they were come into the ship, the wind ceased.
14:33 在船上的人都拜他，說：「你真是 神的兒子了。」
Then they that were in the ship came and worshipped him, saying, Of a truth thou art the Son of God.
14:34 他們過了海，來到革尼撒勒地方。
And when they were gone over, they came into the land of Gennesaret.
14:35 那裡的人一認出是耶穌，就打發人到周圍地方去，把所有的病人帶到他那裡，
And when the men of that place had knowledge of him, they sent out into all that country round about, and brought unto him all that were diseased;
14:36 只求耶穌准他們摸他的衣裳繸子；摸著的人就都好了。
And besought him that they might only touch the hem of his garment: and as many as touched were made perfectly whole.
他的臉很髒，頭髮又長又邋遢，啤酒漬沾在他的衣服上，酒氣薰天。他出現在教會的時候，星期天來聚會的人都假裝沒看見。令他們驚訝的是，這個男人竟然走上講台，拿掉假髮開始講道。他們這才認出來，原來這人是他們的牧師。
我不知道你是怎樣對待人的，但是我總是對相識的人表達善意，願意和看起來很體面的人握手言歡。

3:14 因此，我在父面前屈膝，
For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,
3:15 （天上地上的各（或作：全）家，都是從他得名。）
Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named,
3:16 求他按著他豐盛的榮耀，藉著他的靈，叫你們心裡的力量剛強起來，
That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man;
3:17 使基督因你們的信，住在你們心裡，叫你們的愛心有根有基，
That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love,
3:18 能以和眾聖徒一同明白基督的愛是何等長闊高深，
May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height;
3:19 並知道這愛是過於人所能測度的，便叫神一切所充滿的，充滿了你們。
And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God.
3:20 神能照著運行在我們心裡的大力充充足足的成就一切，超過我們所求所想的。
Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,
3:21 但願他在教會中，並在基督耶穌裡，得著榮耀，直到世世代代，永永遠遠。阿們！
Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen.
「叫上帝一切所充滿的，充滿了你們。」

14:2 就對臣僕說：「這是施洗的約翰從死裡復活，所以這些異能從他裡面發出來。」
And said unto his servants, This is John the Baptist; he is risen from the dead; and therefore mighty works do shew forth themselves in him. do...: or, are wrought by him
14:3 起先，希律為他兄弟腓力的妻子希羅底的緣故，把約翰拿住，鎖在監裡。
For Herod had laid hold on John, and bound him, and put him in prison for Herodias' sake, his brother Philip's wife.
14:4 因為約翰曾對他說：「你娶這婦人是不合理的。」
For John said unto him, It is not lawful for thee to have her.
14:5 希律就想要殺他，只是怕百姓，因為他們以約翰為先知。
And when he would have put him to death, he feared the multitude, because they counted him as a prophet.
14:6 到了希律的生日，希羅底的女兒在眾人面前跳舞，使希律歡喜。
But when Herod's birthday was kept, the daughter of Herodias danced before them, and pleased Herod. before...: Gr. in the midst
14:7 希律就起誓，應許隨她所求的給她。
Whereupon he promised with an oath to give her whatsoever she would ask.
14:8 女兒被母親所使，就說：「請把施洗約翰的頭放在盤子裡，拿來給我。」
And she, being before instructed of her mother, said, Give me here John Baptist's head in a charger.
14:9 王便憂愁，但因他所起的誓，又因同席的人，就吩咐給他；
And the king was sorry: nevertheless for the oath's sake, and them which sat with him at meat, he commanded it to be given her .
14:10 於是打發人去，在監裡斬了約翰，
And he sent, and beheaded John in the prison.
14:11 把頭放在盤子裡，拿來給了女子；女子拿去給她母親。
And his head was brought in a charger, and given to the damsel: and she brought it to her mother.
14:12 約翰的門徒來，把屍首領去埋葬了，就去告訴耶穌。
And his disciples came, and took up the body, and buried it, and went and told Jesus.
14:13 耶穌聽見了，就上船從那裡獨自退到野地裡去。眾人聽見，就從各城裡步行跟隨他。
When Jesus heard of it , he departed thence by ship into a desert place apart: and when the people had heard thereof , they followed him on foot out of the cities.
14:14 耶穌出來，見有許多的人，就憐憫他們，治好了他們的病人。
And Jesus went forth, and saw a great multitude, and was moved with compassion toward them, and he healed their sick.
14:15 天將晚的時候，門徒進前來，說：「這是野地，時候已經過了，請叫眾人散開，他們好往村子裡去，自己買吃的。」
And when it was evening, his disciples came to him, saying, This is a desert place, and the time is now past; send the multitude away, that they may go into the villages, and buy themselves victuals.
14:16 耶穌說：「不用他們去，你們給他們吃吧！」
But Jesus said unto them, They need not depart; give ye them to eat.
14:17 門徒說：「我們這裡只有五個餅，兩條魚。」
And they say unto him, We have here but five loaves, and two fishes.
14:18 耶穌說：「拿過來給我。」
He said, Bring them hither to me.
14:19 於是吩咐眾人坐在草地上，就拿著這五個餅，兩條魚，望著天祝福，擘開餅，遞給門徒，門徒又遞給眾人。
And he commanded the multitude to sit down on the grass, and took the five loaves, and the two fishes, and looking up to heaven, he blessed, and brake, and gave the loaves to his disciples, and the disciples to the multitude.
14:20 他們都吃，並且吃飽了；把剩下的零碎收拾起來，裝滿了十二個籃子。
And they did all eat, and were filled: and they took up of the fragments that remained twelve baskets full.
14:21 吃的人，除了婦女孩子，約有五千。
And they that had eaten were about five thousand men, beside women and children.
古希臘哲學家亞里斯多德曾說：「大自然不容真空存在。」亞里斯多德照著他的觀察，得出一個結論：大自然總是必須被某些東西填滿，即使只是無色無味的空氣。
這個道理同樣適用於我們的屬靈生活。當聖靈指出我們所犯的罪，我們立刻就有一套自我改進的計畫在腦中運轉，我們用盡全力想要改正我們的惡習，試著清除不潔的思想、態度和慾望，但這些嚐試注定失敗。因為當我們清除其中一項惡習，就在靈魂中騰出一個空間。一旦除去一個不好的，另一個不好的很快就取代了原本的位置，最終，我們甚至比原先更壞。
我們用「真空的觀念」來思考為什麼保羅對以弗所教會的教導如此重要。保羅在禱告中求基督透過信心居住在弟兄姊妹的心裡，以致於他們「知道（基督的）愛……便叫上帝一切所充滿的，充滿了你們。」（3章19節）
對付我們生命中罪惡的問題，只有一個解決辦法，就是用耶穌那能填滿所有真空的愛來取代。當我們越被祂的愛充滿，就越沒有空間給罪惡。JAL

澆灌祂愛和大能；
每日每夜每時刻，

14:3 起先，希律為他兄弟腓力的妻子希羅底的緣故，把約翰拿住，鎖在監裡。
For Herod had laid hold on John, and bound him, and put him in prison for Herodias' sake, his brother Philip's wife.
14:4 因為約翰曾對他說：「你娶這婦人是不合理的。」
For John said unto him, It is not lawful for thee to have her.
14:5 希律就想要殺他，只是怕百姓，因為他們以約翰為先知。
And when he would have put him to death, he feared the multitude, because they counted him as a prophet.
14:6 到了希律的生日，希羅底的女兒在眾人面前跳舞，使希律歡喜。
But when Herod's birthday was kept, the daughter of Herodias danced before them, and pleased Herod. before...: Gr. in the midst
14:7 希律就起誓，應許隨她所求的給她。
Whereupon he promised with an oath to give her whatsoever she would ask.14:8 女兒被母親所使，就說：「請把施洗約翰的頭放在盤子裡，拿來給我。」
And she, being before instructed of her mother, said, Give me here John Baptist's head in a charger.
14:9 王便憂愁，但因他所起的誓，又因同席的人，就吩咐給他；
And the king was sorry: nevertheless for the oath's sake, and them which sat with him at meat, he commanded it to be given her .
14:10 於是打發人去，在監裡斬了約翰，
And he sent, and beheaded John in the prison.
14:11 把頭放在盤子裡，拿來給了女子；女子拿去給她母親。
And his head was brought in a charger, and given to the damsel: and she brought it to her mother.
14:12 約翰的門徒來，把屍首領去埋葬了，就去告訴耶穌。
And his disciples came, and took up the body, and buried it, and went and told Jesus.
14:13 耶穌聽見了，就上船從那裡獨自退到野地裡去。眾人聽見，就從各城裡步行跟隨他。
When Jesus heard of it , he departed thence by ship into a desert place apart: and when the people had heard thereof , they followed him on foot out of the cities.
14:14 耶穌出來，見有許多的人，就憐憫他們，治好了他們的病人。
And Jesus went forth, and saw a great multitude, and was moved with compassion toward them, and he healed their sick.14:15 天將晚的時候，門徒進前來，說：「這是野地，時候已經過了，請叫眾人散開，他們好往村子裡去，自己買吃的。」
And when it was evening, his disciples came to him, saying, This is a desert place, and the time is now past; send the multitude away, that they may go into the villages, and buy themselves victuals.
14:16 耶穌說：「不用他們去，你們給他們吃吧！」
But Jesus said unto them, They need not depart; give ye them to eat.
14:17 門徒說：「我們這裡只有五個餅，兩條魚。」
And they say unto him, We have here but five loaves, and two fishes.
14:18 耶穌說：「拿過來給我。」
He said, Bring them hither to me.
14:19 於是吩咐眾人坐在草地上，就拿著這五個餅，兩條魚，望著天祝福，擘開餅，遞給門徒，門徒又遞給眾人。
And he commanded the multitude to sit down on the grass, and took the five loaves, and the two fishes, and looking up to heaven, he blessed, and brake, and gave the loaves to his disciples, and the disciples to the multitude.
14:20 他們都吃，並且吃飽了；把剩下的零碎收拾起來，裝滿了十二個籃子。
And they did all eat, and were filled: and they took up of the fragments that remained twelve baskets full.
14:21 吃的人，除了婦女孩子，約有五千。
And they that had eaten were about five thousand men, beside women and children.
古希臘哲學家亞里斯多德曾說：「大自然不容真空存在。」亞里斯多德照著他的觀察，得出一個結論：大自然總是必須被某些東西填滿，即使只是無色無味的空氣。
這個道理同樣適用於我們的屬靈生活。當聖靈指出我們所犯的罪，我們立刻就有一套自我改進的計畫在腦中運轉，我們用盡全力想要改正我們的惡習，試著清除不潔的思想、態度和慾望，但這些嚐試注定失敗。因為當我們清除其中一項惡習，就在靈魂中騰出一個空間。一旦除去一個不好的，另一個不好的很快就取代了原本的位置，最終，我們甚至比原先更壞。
我們用「真空的觀念」來思考為什麼保羅對以弗所教會的教導如此重要。保羅在禱告中求基督透過信心居住在弟兄姊妹的心裡，以致於他們「知道（基督的）愛……便叫上帝一切所充滿的，充滿了你們。」（3章19節） 對付我們生命中罪惡的問題，只有一個解決辦法，就是用耶穌那能填滿所有真空的愛來取代。當我們越被祂的愛充滿，就越沒有空間給罪惡。JAL

Ephesians 3 : 14~21 3:14 因此，我在父面前屈膝，
For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,

Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named,
3:16 求他按著他豐盛的榮耀，藉著他的靈，叫你們心裡的力量剛強起來，
That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man;
3:17 使基督因你們的信，住在你們心裡，叫你們的愛心有根有基，
That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love,3:18 能以和眾聖徒一同明白基督的愛是何等長闊高深，
May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height;
3:19 並知道這愛是過於人所能測度的，便叫神一切所充滿的，充滿了你們。
And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God.
3:20 神能照著運行在我們心裡的大力充充足足的成就一切，超過我們所求所想的。
Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,
3:21 但願他在教會中，並在基督耶穌裡，得著榮耀，直到世世代代，永永遠遠。阿們！
Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen.

感謝 , 勸弟兄相合 , 基督是神的能力和智慧
1:4 我常為你們感謝我的神，因神在基督耶穌裡所賜給你們的恩惠；
I thank my God always on your behalf, for the grace of God which is given you by Jesus Christ;
1:5 又因你們在他裡面凡事富足，口才、知識都全備，
That in every thing ye are enriched by him, in all utterance, and in all knowledge;
1:6 正如我為基督作的見證，在你們心裡得以堅固，
Even as the testimony of Christ was confirmed in you:
1:7 以致你們在恩賜上沒有一樣不及人的，等候我們的主耶穌基督顯現。
So that ye come behind in no gift; waiting for the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ: coming: Gr. revelation
1:8 他也必堅固你們到底，叫你們在我們主耶穌基督的日子無可責備。
Who shall also confirm you unto the end, that ye may be blameless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ.
1:9 神是信實的，你們原是被他所召，好與他兒子─我們的主耶穌基督一同得分。
God is faithful, by whom ye were called unto the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord.
1:10 弟兄們，我藉我們主耶穌基督的名勸你們都說一樣的話。你們中間也不可分黨，只要一心一意，彼此相合。
Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you; but that ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment. divisions: Gr. schisms
1:17 基督差遣我，原不是為施洗，乃是為傳福音，並不用智慧的言語，免得基督的十字架落了空。
For Christ sent me not to baptize, but to preach the gospel: not with wisdom of words, lest the cross of Christ should be made of none effect. words: or, speech
1:18 因為十字架的道理，在那滅亡的人為愚拙；在我們得救的人，卻為神的大能。
For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.
1:21 世人憑自己的智慧，既不認識神，神就樂意用人所當作愚拙的道理，拯救那些信的人；這就是神的智慧了。
For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe.
1:22 猶太人是要神蹟，希臘人是求智慧，
For the Jews require a sign, and the Greeks seek after wisdom:
1:23 我們卻是傳釘十字架的基督，在猶太人為絆腳石，在外邦人為愚拙；
But we preach Christ crucified, unto the Jews a stumblingblock, and unto the Greeks foolishness;
1:24 但在那蒙召的，無論是猶太人、希臘人，基督總為神的能力，神的智慧。
But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God.
1:25 因神的愚拙總比人智慧，神的軟弱總比人強壯。
Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men.

世人厭惡的 乃神所揀選
1:26 弟兄們哪，可見你們蒙召的，按著肉體有智慧的不多，有能力的不多，有尊貴的也不多。
For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called :
1:27 神卻揀選了世上愚拙的，叫有智慧的羞愧；又揀選了世上軟弱的，叫那強壯的羞愧。
But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;
1:28 神也揀選了世上卑賤的，被人厭惡的，以及那無有的，為要廢掉那有的。
And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea , and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are:
1:29 使一切有血氣的，在神面前一個也不能自誇。
That no flesh should glory in his presence.
1:30 但你們得在基督耶穌裡，是本乎神，神又使他成為我們的智慧、公義、聖潔、救贖。
But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption:
1:31 如經上所記：誇口的，當指著主誇口。
That, according as it is written, He that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord.

讀經 : 馬太福音 6 : 1~6 , 16~18 Matthew 6 : 1~6 , 16~18 6:1 「你們要小心，不可將善事行在人的面前，故意叫他們看見，若是這樣，就不能得你們天父的賞賜了。
Take heed that ye do not your alms before men, to be seen of them: otherwise ye have no reward of your Father which is in heaven. alms: or, righteousness of your: or, with your
6:2 所以，你施捨的時候，不可在你前面吹號，像那假冒為善的人在會堂裡和街道上所行的，故意要得人的榮耀。我實在告訴你們，他們已經得了他們的賞賜。
Therefore when thou doest thine alms, do not sound a trumpet before thee, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward. do not...: or, cause not a trumpet to be sounded
6:3 你施捨的時候，不要叫左手知道右手所做的，
But when thou doest alms, let not thy left hand know what thy right hand doeth:
6:4 要叫你施捨的事行在暗中。你父在暗中察看，必然報答你（有古卷：必在明處報答你）。」
That thine alms may be in secret: and thy Father which seeth in secret himself shall reward thee openly.
6:5 「你們禱告的時候，不可像那假冒為善的人，愛站在會堂裡和十字路口上禱告，故意叫人看見。我實在告訴你們，他們已經得了他們的賞賜。
And when thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites are : for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.
6:6 你禱告的時候，要進你的內屋，關上門，禱告你在暗中的父；你父在暗中察看，必然報答你。
But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.6:16 「你們禁食的時候，不可像那假冒為善的人，臉上帶著愁容；因為他們把臉弄得難看，故意叫人看出他們是禁食。我實在告訴你們，他們已經得了他們的賞賜。
Moreover when ye fast, be not, as the hypocrites, of a sad countenance: for they disfigure their faces, that they may appear unto men to fast. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.
6:17 你禁食的時候，要梳頭洗臉，
But thou, when thou fastest, anoint thine head, and wash thy face;
6:18 不叫人看出你禁食來，只叫你暗中的父看見；你父在暗中察看，必然報答你。」
That thou appear not unto men to fast, but unto thy Father which is in secret: and thy Father, which seeth in secret, shall reward thee openly.

But that ye may know that the Son of man hath power on earth to forgive sins, (then saith he to the sick of the palsy,) Arise, take up thy bed, and go unto thine house.

And he arose, and departed to his house.
9:8 眾人看見都驚奇，就歸榮耀與神，因為他將這樣的權柄賜給人。
But when the multitudes saw it , they marvelled, and glorified God, which had given such power unto men.
9:9 耶穌從那裡往前走，看見一個人名叫馬太，坐在稅關上，就對他說：「你跟從我來。」他就起來跟從了耶穌。
And as Jesus passed forth from thence, he saw a man, named Matthew, sitting at the receipt of custom: and he saith unto him, Follow me. And he arose, and followed him.9:10 耶穌在屋裡坐席的時候，有好些稅吏和罪人來，與耶穌和他的門徒一同坐席。
And it came to pass, as Jesus sat at meat in the house, behold, many publicans and sinners came and sat down with him and his disciples.
9:11 法利賽人看見，就對耶穌的門徒說：「你們的先生為甚麼和稅吏並罪人一同吃飯呢？」
And when the Pharisees saw it , they said unto his disciples, Why eateth your Master with publicans and sinners?
9:12 耶穌聽見，就說：「康健的人用不著醫生，有病的人才用得著。
But when Jesus heard that , he said unto them, They that be whole need not a physician, but they that are sick.
9:13 經上說：『我喜愛憐恤，不喜愛祭祀。』這句話的意思，你們且去揣摩。我來本不是召義人，乃是召罪人。」
But go ye and learn what that meaneth, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice: for I am not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.
9:14 那時，約翰的門徒來見耶穌，說：「我們和法利賽人常常禁食，你的門徒倒不禁食，這是為甚麼呢？」
Then came to him the disciples of John, saying, Why do we and the Pharisees fast oft, but thy disciples fast not?
9:15 耶穌對他們說：「新郎和陪伴之人同在的時候，陪伴之人豈能哀慟呢？但日子將到，新郎要離開他們，那時候他們就要禁食。
And Jesus said unto them, Can the children of the bridechamber mourn, as long as the bridegroom is with them? but the days will come, when the bridegroom shall be taken from them, and then shall they fast.
9:16 沒有人把新布補在舊衣服上；因為所補上的反帶壞了那衣服，破的就更大了。
No man putteth a piece of new cloth unto an old garment, for that which is put in to fill it up taketh from the garment, and the rent is made worse. new: or, raw, or, unwrought

Little children, yet a little while I am with you. Ye shall seek me: and as I said unto the Jews, Whither I go, ye cannot come; so now I say to you.

And, behold, they cried out, saying, What have we to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of God? art thou come hither to torment us before the time?

And there was a good way off from them an herd of many swine feeding.
8:31 鬼就央求耶穌，說：「若把我們趕出去，就打發我們進入豬群吧！」
So the devils besought him, saying, If thou cast us out, suffer us to go away into the herd of swine.
8:32 耶穌說：「去吧！」鬼就出來，進入豬群。全群忽然闖下山崖，投在海裡淹死了。
And he said unto them, Go. And when they were come out, they went into the herd of swine: and, behold, the whole herd of swine ran violently down a steep place into the sea, and perished in the waters.
8:33 放豬的就逃跑進城，將這一切事和被鬼附的人所遭遇的都告訴人。
And they that kept them fled, and went their ways into the city, and told every thing, and what was befallen to the possessed of the devils.
8:34 合城的人都出來迎見耶穌，既見了就央求他離開他們的境界。
And, behold, the whole city came out to meet Jesus: and when they saw him, they besought him that he would depart out of their coasts.
我有位好朋友在南美洲的蘇利南共和國擔任宣教士多年，但在生命的最後幾年，他因患病而癱瘓。有時，他不知道上帝為何要讓他在世逗留，因他真的渴望離世與主同在。
或許你和親人正面臨人生困境，你不知道上帝為何要讓你們在世上徘徊。當主耶穌說祂要上天堂時，

13:37 彼得說：主啊，我為甚麼現在不能跟你去？我願意為你捨命！
Peter said unto him, Lord, why cannot I follow thee now? I will lay down my life for thy sake.
就像使徒彼得一樣，你可能會問，為何進入天堂的時間要被延遲，「為什麼不是現在呢？」
上帝把我們留在世上，是有祂智慧和愛的目的。祂要在我們身上動工，這些只能在地上才能完成。

13:37 彼得說：主啊，我為甚麼現在不能跟你去？我願意為你捨命！
Peter said unto him, Lord, why cannot I follow thee now? I will lay down my life for thy sake.
就像使徒彼得一樣，你可能會問，為何進入天堂的時間要被延遲，「為什麼不是現在呢？」
上帝把我們留在世上，是有祂智慧和愛的目的。祂要在我們身上動工，這些只能在地上才能完成。

4:17 我們這至暫至輕的苦楚，要為我們成就極重無比、永遠的榮耀。

24:2 耶穌對他們說：你們不是看見這殿宇嗎？我實在告訴你們，將來在這裡沒有一塊石頭留在石頭上，不被拆毀了。
And Jesus said unto them, See ye not all these things? verily I say unto you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.
24:3 耶穌在橄欖山上坐著，門徒暗暗的來說：請告訴我們，甚麼時候有這些事？你降臨和世界的末了有甚麼豫兆呢？
And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?
24:4 耶穌回答說：你們要謹慎，免得有人迷惑你們。
And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.
24:5 因為將來有好些人冒我的名來，說：我是基督，並且要迷惑許多人。
For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.
24:7 民要攻打民，國要攻打國；多處必有饑荒、地震。
For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.24:11 且有好些假先知起來，迷惑多人。
And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.
24:12 只因不法的事增多，許多人的愛心才漸漸冷淡了。
And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.
24:13 惟有忍耐到底的，必然得救。
But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.
24:14 這天國的福音要傳遍天下，對萬民作見證，然後末期才來到。
And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.
24:15 你們看見先知但以理所說的那行毀壞可憎的站在聖地（讀這經的人須要會意）。
When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)24:22 若不減少那日子，凡有血氣的總沒有一個得救的；只是為選民，那日子必減少了。
And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.
24:23 那時，若有人對你們說：基督在這裡，或說：基督在那裡，你們不要信！
Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not.
24:24 因為假基督、假先知將要起來，顯大神蹟、大奇事，倘若能行，連選民也就迷惑了。
For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.24:30 那時，人子的兆頭要顯在天上，地上的萬族都要哀哭。他們要看見人子，有能力，有大榮耀，駕著天上的雲降臨。
And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh:

So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors. it: or, he

Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.24:42 所以，你們要儆醒，因為不知道你們的主是那一天來到。
Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.
24:43 家主若知道幾更天有賊來，就必儆醒，不容人挖透房屋；這是你們所知道的。
But know this, that if the goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up.
24:44 所以，你們也要預備，因為你們想不到的時候，人子就來了。
Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.
24:45 誰是忠心有見識的僕人，為主人所派，管理家裡的人，按時分糧給他們呢？
Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season?
24:46 主人來到，看見他這樣行，那僕人就有福了。
Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing.
24:47 我實在告訴你們，主人要派他管理一切所有的。
Verily I say unto you, That he shall make him ruler over all his goods.

Now, brethren, if I come unto you speaking with tongues, what shall I profit you, except I shall speak to you either by revelation, or by knowledge, or by prophesying, or by doctrine?
哥林多前書 14 : 27~32 1 Corinthians 14 : 27~32
14:27 若有說方言的，只好兩個人，至多三個人，且要輪流著說，也要一個人繙出來。
If any man speak in an unknown tongue, let it be by two, or at the most by three, and that by course; and let one interpret. two...: by two or three sentences separately
14:28 若沒有人繙，就當在會中閉口，只對自己和 神說就是了。
But if there be no interpreter, let him keep silence in the church; and let him speak to himself, and to God.
14:29 至於作先知講道的，只好兩個人或是三個人，其餘的就當慎思明辨。
Let the prophets speak two or three, and let the other judge.
14:30 若旁邊坐著的得了啟示，那先說話的就當閉口不言。
If any thing be revealed to another that sitteth by, let the first hold his peace.
14:31 因為你們都可以一個一個的作先知講道，叫眾人學道理，叫眾人得勸勉。
For ye may all prophesy one by one, that all may learn, and all may be comforted.

5:6 因我們還軟弱的時候，基督就按所定的日期為罪人死。
For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. in due time: or, according to the time
5:7 為義人死，是少有的；為仁人死、或者有敢做的。
For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die.
5:8 惟有基督在我們還作罪人的時候為我們死， 神的愛就在此向我們顯明了。
But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
5:9 現在我們既靠著他的血稱義，就更要藉著他免去 神的忿怒。
Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.
5:10 因為我們作仇敵的時候，且藉著 神兒子的死，得與 神和好；既已和好，就更要因他的生得救了。
For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.
5:11 不但如此，我們既藉著我主耶穌基督得與 神和好，也就藉著他以 神為樂。

But when thou doest alms, let not thy left hand know what thy right hand doeth:

That thine alms may be in secret: and thy Father which seeth in secret himself shall reward thee openly.
6:5 「你們禱告的時候，不可像那假冒為善的人，愛站在會堂裡和十字路口上禱告，故意叫人看見。我實在告訴你們，他們已經得了他們的賞賜。
And when thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites are : for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.
6:6 你禱告的時候，要進你的內屋，關上門，禱告你在暗中的父；你父在暗中察看，必然報答你。
But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.
6:7 你們禱告，不可像外邦人，用許多重複話，他們以為話多了必蒙垂聽。
But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do : for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking.
6:8 你們不可效法他們；因為你們沒有祈求以先，你們所需用的，你們的父早已知道了。
Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him.
6:9 所以，你們禱告要這樣說：我們在天上的父：願人都尊你的名為聖。
After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.6:10 願你的國降臨；願你的旨意行在地上，如同行在天上。
Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.
6:11 我們日用的飲食，今日賜給我們。
Give us this day our daily bread.
6:12 免我們的債，如同我們免了人的債。
And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.
6:13 不叫我們遇見試探；救我們脫離兇惡（或作：脫離惡者）。因為國度、權柄、榮耀，全是你的，直到永遠。阿們（有古卷沒有因為……阿們等字）！
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.
6:14 「你們饒恕人的過犯，你們的天父也必饒恕你們的過犯；
For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you:
6:15 你們不饒恕人的過犯，你們的天父也必不饒恕你們的過犯。」
But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.
6:16 「你們禁食的時候，不可像那假冒為善的人，臉上帶著愁容；因為他們把臉弄得難看，故意叫人看出他們是禁食。我實在告訴你們，他們已經得了他們的賞賜。
Moreover when ye fast, be not, as the hypocrites, of a sad countenance: for they disfigure their faces, that they may appear unto men to fast. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.
6:17 你禁食的時候，要梳頭洗臉，
But thou, when thou fastest, anoint thine head, and wash thy face;
6:18 不叫人看出你禁食來，只叫你暗中的父看見；你父在暗中察看，必然報答你。」
That thou appear not unto men to fast, but unto thy Father which is in secret: and thy Father, which seeth in secret, shall reward thee openly.
我在一個年輕女子的個人網站上讀到這段話：「我只是想被愛，而他必須令人驚嘆！」
這不正是我們都想要的嗎──能被愛，感受到某人的關心？如果對方又好得令人驚嘆，那就更是錦上添花了！
能夠完全符合這些描述的就是耶穌基督。祂離開天父來到世間，成為我們在聖誕時所慶祝誕生的那個嬰孩

2:11 因今天在大衛的城裡，為你們生了救主，就是主基督。
For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.

This title then read many of the Jews: for the place where Jesus was crucified was nigh to the city: and it was written in Hebrew, and Greek, and Latin.

Then said the chief priests of the Jews to Pilate, Write not, The King of the Jews; but that he said, I am King of the Jews.

Pilate answered, What I have written I have written.
19:23 兵丁既然將耶穌釘在十字架上，就拿他的衣服分為四分，每兵一分；又拿他的裡衣，這件裡衣原來沒有縫兒，是上下一片織成的。
Then the soldiers, when they had crucified Jesus, took his garments, and made four parts, to every soldier a part; and also his coat: now the coat was without seam, woven from the top throughout. woven: or, wrought
19:24 他們就彼此說：我們不要撕開，只要拈鬮，看誰得著。這要應驗經上的話說：他們分了我的外衣，為我的裡衣拈鬮。兵丁果然做了這事。
They said therefore among themselves, Let us not rend it, but cast lots for it, whose it shall be: that the scripture might be fulfilled, which saith, They parted my raiment among them, and for my vesture they did cast lots. After this, Jesus knowing that all things were now accomplished, that the scripture might be fulfilled, saith, I thirst.
19:29 有一個器皿盛滿了醋，放在那裡；他們就拿海絨蘸滿了醋，綁在牛膝草上，送到他口。
Now there was set a vessel full of vinegar: and they filled a spunge with vinegar, and put it upon hyssop, and put it to his mouth.
19:30 耶穌嘗（原文作受）了那醋，就說：成了！便低下頭，將靈魂交付 神了。
When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost.
祂頂替了我們的罪，因為我們都需要從罪中被拯救，才能逃過死亡刑罰。

For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. in due time: or, according to the time
5:7 為義人死，是少有的；為仁人死、或者有敢做的。
For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die.
5:8 惟有基督在我們還作罪人的時候為我們死， 神的愛就在此向我們顯明了。
But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.

And when thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites are : for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.
6:6 你禱告的時候，要進你的內屋，關上門，禱告你在暗中的父；你父在暗中察看，必然報答你。
But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.
6:7 你們禱告，不可像外邦人，用許多重複話，他們以為話多了必蒙垂聽。
But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do : for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking.

Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him.

After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.6:10 願你的國降臨；願你的旨意行在地上，如同行在天上。
Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.
6:11 我們日用的飲食，今日賜給我們。
Give us this day our daily bread.
6:12 免我們的債，如同我們免了人的債。
And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.

Moreover when ye fast, be not, as the hypocrites, of a sad countenance: for they disfigure their faces, that they may appear unto men to fast. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.

我在一個年輕女子的個人網站上讀到這段話：「我只是想被愛，而他必須令人驚嘆！」
這不正是我們都想要的嗎──能被愛，感受到某人的關心？如果對方又好得令人驚嘆，那就更是錦上添花了！
能夠完全符合這些描述的就是耶穌基督。祂離開天父來到世間，成為我們在聖誕時所慶祝誕生的那個嬰孩
路加福音 2 : 11~12 Luke 2 : 11~12
2:11 因今天在大衛的城裡，為你們生了救主，就是主基督。
For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.
2:12 你們要看見一個嬰孩，包著布，臥在馬槽裡，那就是記號了。
And this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger.

This title then read many of the Jews: for the place where Jesus was crucified was nigh to the city: and it was written in Hebrew, and Greek, and Latin.
19:21 猶太人的祭司長就對彼拉多說：不要寫猶太人的王，要寫他自己說：我是猶太人的王。
Then said the chief priests of the Jews to Pilate, Write not, The King of the Jews; but that he said, I am King of the Jews.
19:22 彼拉多說：我所寫的，我已經寫上了。
Pilate answered, What I have written I have written.
19:23 兵丁既然將耶穌釘在十字架上，就拿他的衣服分為四分，每兵一分；又拿他的裡衣，這件裡衣原來沒有縫兒，是上下一片織成的。

After this, Jesus knowing that all things were now accomplished, that the scripture might be fulfilled, saith, I thirst.
19:29 有一個器皿盛滿了醋，放在那裡；他們就拿海絨蘸滿了醋，綁在牛膝草上，送到他口。
Now there was set a vessel full of vinegar: and they filled a spunge with vinegar, and put it upon hyssop, and put it to his mouth.
19:30 耶穌嘗（原文作受）了那醋，就說：成了！便低下頭，將靈魂交付 神了。
When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost.
祂頂替了我們的罪，因為我們都需要從罪中被拯救，才能逃過死亡刑罰。
「惟有基督在我們還作罪人的時候為我們死」 羅馬書5章8節）。耶穌死後第三天，天父又使祂從死裡復活。

1:1 論到從起初原有的生命之道，就是我們所聽見、所看見、親眼看過、親手摸過的。
That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, of the Word of life;
1:2 這生命已經顯現出來，我們也看見過，現在又作見證，將原與父同在、且顯現與我們那永遠的生命、傳給你們。
(For the life was manifested, and we have seen it , and bear witness, and shew unto you that eternal life, which was with the Father, and was manifested unto us;)
1:3 我們將所看見、所聽見的傳給你們，使你們與我們相交。我們乃是與父並他兒子耶穌基督相交的。
That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ.

And these things write we unto you, that your joy may be full.

6:19 「不要為自己積儹財寶在地上；地上有蟲子咬，能鏽壞，也有賊挖窟窿來偷。
Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal:
6:20 只要積儹財寶在天上；天上沒有蟲子咬，不能鏽壞，也沒有賊挖窟窿來偷。
But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal:
6:21 因為你的財寶在那裡，你的心也在那裡。」
For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.
6:22 「眼睛就是身上的燈。你的眼睛若瞭亮，全身就光明；
The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light.
6:23 你的眼睛若昏花，全身就黑暗。你裡頭的光若黑暗了，那黑暗是何等大呢！」
But if thine eye be evil, thy whole body shall be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in thee be darkness, how great is that darkness!
6:24 「一個人不能事奉兩個主；不是惡這個，愛那個，就是重這個，輕那個。你們不能又事奉 神，又事奉瑪門（瑪門：財利的意思）。」
No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.
6:25 「所以我告訴你們，不要為生命憂慮吃甚麼，喝甚麼；為身體憂慮穿甚麼。生命不勝於飲食麼？身體不勝於衣裳麼？
Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment?
6:26 你們看那天上的飛鳥，也不種，也不收，也不積蓄在倉裡，你們的天父尚且養活牠。你們不比飛鳥貴重得多嗎ey?？
Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?
6:27 你們那一個能用思慮使壽數多加一刻呢（或作：使身量多加一肘呢）？
Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature?
6:28 何必為衣裳憂慮呢？你想野地裡的百合花怎麼長起來；它也不勞苦，也不紡線。
And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin:
6:29 然而我告訴你們，就是所羅門極榮華的時候，他所穿戴的，還不如這花一朵呢！
And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.
6:30 你們這小信的人哪！野地裡的草今天還在，明天就丟在爐裡， 神還給它這樣的妝飾，何況你們呢！
Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith?
6:31 所以，不要憂慮說：吃甚麼？喝甚麼？穿甚麼？
Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed?
6:32 這都是外邦人所求的，你們需用的這一切東西，你們的天父是知道的。
(For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.
6:33 你們要先求他的國和他的義，這些東西都要加給你們了。
But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.

But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal:
6:21 因為你的財寶在那裡，你的心也在那裡。」
For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.
6:22 「眼睛就是身上的燈。你的眼睛若瞭亮，全身就光明；
The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light.
6:23 你的眼睛若昏花，全身就黑暗。你裡頭的光若黑暗了，那黑暗是何等大呢！」
But if thine eye be evil, thy whole body shall be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in thee be darkness, how great is that darkness!
6:24 「一個人不能事奉兩個主；不是惡這個，愛那個，就是重這個，輕那個。你們不能又事奉 神，又事奉瑪門（瑪門：財利的意思）。」
No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.
6:25 「所以我告訴你們，不要為生命憂慮吃甚麼，喝甚麼；為身體憂慮穿甚麼。生命不勝於飲食麼？身體不勝於衣裳麼？
Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment?
6:26 你們看那天上的飛鳥，也不種，也不收，也不積蓄在倉裡，你們的天父尚且養活牠。你們不比飛鳥貴重得多嗎ey?？
Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?
6:27 你們那一個能用思慮使壽數多加一刻呢（或作：使身量多加一肘呢）？
Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature?
6:28 何必為衣裳憂慮呢？你想野地裡的百合花怎麼長起來；它也不勞苦，也不紡線。
And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin:
6:29 然而我告訴你們，就是所羅門極榮華的時候，他所穿戴的，還不如這花一朵呢！
And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.
6:30 你們這小信的人哪！野地裡的草今天還在，明天就丟在爐裡， 神還給它這樣的妝飾，何況你們呢！
Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith?
6:31 所以，不要憂慮說：吃甚麼？喝甚麼？穿甚麼？
Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed?
6:32 這都是外邦人所求的，你們需用的這一切東西，你們的天父是知道的。
(For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.
6:33 你們要先求他的國和他的義，這些東西都要加給你們了。
But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
6:34 所以，不要為明天憂慮，因為明天自有明天的憂慮；一天的難處一天當就夠了。」
Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.
究竟是甚麼事在困擾著她？「我不該被稱為第一位步行環繞全球的女性！」她終於承認道：「我有作弊。」在她環繞全球的旅程中，她曾經有一段路搭了卡車，破壞了金氏世界紀錄的守則。為了不愧對良心，她打電話給她的贊助人，承認了她的欺騙行為。

對於順服基督的跟隨者，好好注意我們的良心是很重要的，因為良心能指引我們在犯錯時，回到正路。承認並轉離罪惡，並且試圖補償，這該是一種生活方式
約翰一書 1 : 9 1 john 1 ; 9
1:9 我們若認自己的罪， 神是信實的，是公義的，必要赦免我們的罪，洗淨我們一切的不義。
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
利未記 6 : 2~5
6:2 「若有人犯罪，干犯耶和華，在鄰舍交付他的物上，或是在交易上行了詭詐，或是搶奪人的財物，或是欺壓鄰舍，
If a soul sin, and commit a trespass against the LORD, and lie unto his neighbour in that which was delivered him to keep, or in fellowship, or in a thing taken away by violence, or hath deceived his neighbour; in fellowship: or, in dealing fellowship: Heb. putting of the hand
6:3 或是在撿了遺失的物上行了詭詐，說謊起誓，在這一切的事上犯了甚麼罪；
Or have found that which was lost, and lieth concerning it, and sweareth falsely; in any of all these that a man doeth, sinning therein:
6:4 他既犯了罪，有了過犯，就要歸還他所搶奪的，或是因欺壓所得的，或是人交付他的，或是人遺失他所撿的物，
Then it shall be, because he hath sinned, and is guilty, that he shall restore that which he took violently away, or the thing which he hath deceitfully gotten, or that which was delivered him to keep, or the lost thing which he found,
6:5 或是他因甚麼物起了假誓，就要如數歸還，另外加上五分之一，在查出他有罪的日子要交還本主。
Or all that about which he hath sworn falsely; he shall even restore it in the principal, and shall add the fifth part more thereto, and give it unto him to whom it appertaineth, in the day of his trespass offering. in the day...: or, in the day of his being found guilty: Heb. in the day of his trespass
保羅提到好好維持良心：「我因此自己勉勵，對上帝對人，常存無虧的良心」
使徒行傳 24 : 16 Acts 24 : 16
24:16 我因此自己勉勵，對 神對人，常存無虧的良心。
And herein do I exercise myself, to have always a conscience void of offence toward God, and toward men.
